St. Seraphin of Montegranaro

Seraphin was a shepherd who spent much of his time in prayer. At the age of sixteen, he became a Capuchin Franciscan brother. He dedicated his life to humbly imitating St. Francis. Every day, he spent three hours in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. He fasted, wore ragged clothing, and was generous and kind to everyone.

It's his feast day today, according to myCatholic.com. Man. Three hours before the Blessed Sacrament - every day! I have trouble concentrating for an hour. Imagine how much God could work through you if you prayed that intensely so often.

St. Seraphin, pray for us!
